Join us for a FULL DAY of HANDS ON LEARNING TO FIX & FLIP! We will share HOW WE FIND GREAT FIX & FLIP DEALS!
We will WALK THRU a Distressed Property that is Currently on the Market (address TBD) & discuss how we DETERMINE DESIGN IDEAS, REHAB COSTS & ARV (After Repair Value).
We will DISCUSS HOW WE DETERMINE OUR OFFER PRICE/TERMS and outline the transaction process.
We will TOUR a Newly Constructed Condo Development in Amherst, NH that we are currently working on & share what we have learned throughout this 2 year process! We will discuss how we found the deal, negotiated with the seller, worked with the town & the construction/rehab process.
Of course, we will SHARE PLENTY OF TIPS that we have learned from FLIPPING OVER 100 PROPERTIES!
We will finish up our tour with LUNCH, A PRESENTATION of a couple of our Rehab Properties (Discuss Entire Fix & Flip Process) & a QUESTION & ANSWER SESSION.
