We are locals who do real estate investing as a community, meaning we laulima (collaborate together). Many of us are born and raised in Hawaii from Oahu, Maui, Kauai and the Big Island. We have over 50 club members on Oahu, and a few on the Big Island. We are looking to expand our club in Kona and Hilo as there are over 300+ distress homeowners on the Big Island. We have title, escrow, agents, licensed contractors, lawyers, etc. and 100% funding resources available in our community. If you are a new or a seasoned Real Estate Investor and if you are into serving homeowners whether you make money or not, we are looking for you!
