Although we may not like to admit it, as real estate investors, we generate a lot of waste. Construction debris from renovations, abandoned tenant property, or even just black bags of household waste, dealing with dumpsters is pretty much par for the course.

As the General Manager of Brewer Transfer Station, Mike Hamlin knows trash! He's graciously offered to provide us with a run-down of the "dos and don'ts" of waste disposal, what types of fees to expect, and some great tips for saving time and money on your waste disposal needs.
