Tax Sales! Buying properties on the courthouse steps! We've all heard about it, possibly even considered it. This month we'll hear from Robert Worrell who has successfully purchased and rehabbed dozens of tax sale properties here in Georgetown and nearby. Robert will share why he likes tax sales, break down the actual process and considerations, his due diligence, discuss his particular criteria and hopefully share some of his best and worst stories.
