We meet once a month at The Ivy Buckhead (DOWNSTAIRS). We meet on the last Tuesday* of the month. This month's meeting is Tuesday the 24th of September @ 6pm.
Last meetup:
Our last meetup was a total success. It was our first time trying a Tuesday night. If you missed Adee Weismark sharing his inspiring success story with all of us, the video replay premiers tonight at 7pm on on Youtube and on Facebook.

Really enjoyed my 4th meetup attendance in a row , I plan on being here for the 24t as well as bringing a friend with me. I hope to run into a property manager as well as a general contractor that I can maybe network with.

What format is this meet-up? Mostly networking and grabbing a few beers? Guest speakers?
I am also new to the REI world and bought my first duplex last week. Would love to connect with more like minded individuals in my area.

The format is like this:
- 6-7pm: Happy Hour & Networking
- 7-8pm: Guest Speaker & Q/A
- 8-close: Networking
In attendance we have seasoned investors, private & hard money lenders, contractors, investor-friendly RE agents, wholesalers... the whole nine yards.
