He has 30 Single Family Rental Properties across the country, each with their own property management. He only spends an hour a month on the Rental Property Business.
Dustin will share his journey from when he first started investing in 2006, with a $16k house... and how just 10 years later he was able to quit his government job and never have to work again.
Dustin will share his tips on buying long distance and what to look for in a property management company.
