Trying to get my foot in the real estate business

Posted

I’m trying to see if I can finally enter the real estate market but I don’t have the financial backing right now due to just finalizing a brutal divorce. I can do all kind of repair such as flooring, Sheetrock among others I’m just not able to do the repairs that require license such as electrical and plumbing.

Is it possible to find someone who need that kind of work done on a flip property that I can do and after the sale I get a certain percentage off the profits?
