I have been threatening to show the former "Cat Pee" property I bought 2, Yes! two years ago!!  To add insult to injury, it is not yet complete.  But I thought this would be a great opportunity to have folks look at what its like to get stuck in a rehab.  For many factors, this rehab is my longest and most difficult.  The difficulty and delay are all self made.  I wanted to acknowledge that we all sometimes get stuck and discuss ways to move past the obstacles that hinder our work and goals.  I will answer any and all questions.  After a short tour of the property, we will go to the Ale Asylum a few blocks away at:

I consider this my failed rehab.  The jury is still out about the financial piece it, but at this point the opportunity costs will negate any "profit" if any, from this endeavor.  Come join us to hear what NOT to do in a rehab and flip!!
