we will have the first meeting where we’ll present the main concepts of this mastermind group - part accountability group, part real estate club, part cross functional educational forum, part resource sharing circle, part future partnerships.

1. Mastermind and accountability group – where we share info, cross-educate each other, inform of our goals, assist and hold each other accountable for pursuing them. Like a meetup on steroids, with equal interaction and participation, where we help each other raise to next level and stay on track towards our goals.
2. Co-op for sharing resources - ranging from books, to online tools & subscriptions, training materials and memberships, actual tools, and all the way to human resources (VAs, handyman on call, property manager, etc.) and other things that might be too expensive and/or inefficient on a single investor level, but achievable and productive when pooled together.
3. The 3rd idea, more longer term, is to develop deeper partnership that would allow us to raise to higher level of business our investing in RE. E.g. if one specializes in marketing and sales, another in analyzing and/or rehabbing, and another in financing, these 3 people can form an enterprise that would evolve better than one person having to fulfill all these specialties.

These ideas are not required together, and can develop separately, but they intertwine. But that’s the short of it, come to the meeting to get the full scope of all.

The event is free, there will be nothing to buy or anything else sold to you, is just an opportunity to form/join a collective where the power of minds are greater than the sum of individuals.
