Due to Independence Day, or Wednesday Utah County get together will be on July 10th! We formally go from 6pm to 7pm, but tend to stay until 8pm networking and discussing specific situations.
This month we'll have a local attorney come present on trusts, LLCs, and other ways to hold your real estate.

Hi guys, it turns out the CPA I had planned isn't able to come this day, so I've taken the liberty of pushing the tax topic to August and pulling the August topic (Trusts and LLCs) to this month. So this month we'll have a local attorney come present on trusts, LLCs, and other ways to hold your real estate.
This is shaping up to be a great presentation! It's important to get started right, so we've got two attorneys coming covering the following:
Marriage and rental property
Passing it to your children
Real estate as part of your general financial plan
Piercing the corporate veil
Proper LLC management
Does a series LLC make a difference
