This is our 6th meetup of the year! Ever wonder how to do a proper on-site visit of a property? We go into further details in what to look for on the property - as well as off-site and in the surrounding area, along with tips and techniques we've developed over the years in terms of where to visit, who to talk to and find useful information - so that we can make the most of our time during site visits of a prospective property!
