JASMINE WILLIOS
Jasmine R. Willios is an advocate for responsible investing and a real estate agent with extensive experience in turnkey BMV (below market value) properes. She’s currently the managing director of the Notes
Assistance Program©, which provides expert guidance and opportunity to both SDIRA and non‐performing note investors. Her companies provide additional security and education on real estate investing, specifically with non‐performing notes and retail flips. From me to me her firms services are procured by the IRS to do note appraisals as she has gained quite the reputation in the non‐performing note industry.
She began her career spending seven years on Wall Street, where she started as an equity trader with Joseph Stevens a small boutique firm where she was introduced to trading. Ms. Willois was then picked up by Morgan Stanley Dean Wier and worked both of the World Trade Centre and Financial District in San Francisco, CA as an investment banker and left the industry after losing colleagues in the world trade center attacks.
After returning to Southern California, Jasmine worked as a loss mitigation specialist with GMAC Home Comings a well‐known note servicer. It was here that she got her first exposure to the distressed mortgage industry. Bit by the bug she left corporate America to chase the freedom and returns the full me real estate investor boast about.
She started two very successful real estate investment clubs, Lady Landlords of San Diego© and Lady Landlords of Orange County©. At one of her networking events she met a gentleman who would later connect her with a position as a relations manager for American Home Recovery Fund. Jasmine has been a licensed real estate agent in California since 2004 and continues to do traditional sales and short sales for a small group of private clients.
NATOSHA MCKINNON
Natosha spent six years in the United States Air Force as both an Enlisted Computer Programmer and as a Contracting Officer. During her time serving our Nation she was able to complete a bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management. After being Honorably Discharged from the military she took a job with a large consulting firm as a Contracts Manager where she was responsible for billion-dollar government projects. A large portion of her responsibilities were contract regulation, negotiations, proposal writing and budgeting. In addition, she was the Vice President of Sonoran Technology where she ran the accounting, HR and Contracting departments. She also acted as a program manager for 80% of the company’s projects and assisted with business development.
Natosha fell in love with Real Estate after purchasing her first home at age 23. She rented out the two other rooms and realized her mortgage could be paid for, in addition to some cash flow. From there she purchased another home, opened a Lease Option company, a wholesaling company and, most recently, a non-performing Note company. Currently she is serving as an advisor and trainer to the Note Assistance Program (NAP) where she trains Clients and helps to find, secure, manage and create exit strategies for assets while managing her own portfolio of non-performing notes. She specializes in joint ventures where the exit strategies range from re-performing cash flow to retail profit splits.
Natosha spends her free time volunteering for Big Brothers Big Sisters, a local women’s shelter, a local homeless shelter and a local retirement community.
