Will Barnard
William Barnard, President of Barnard Enterprises, Inc. and founder of multiple real estate investment companies, has been a real estate investor since 2004 investing in nearly every aspect of real estate. Over the years as the real estate market changed, so did his investing strategies. Currently he buys single family properties in Los Angeles County to redevelop and sell. He is also the CEO of his construction company which builds custom homes as well as commercial projects. Other previous investment strategies include land development, spec building, notes, buy and hold, and much more. He does millions of dollars in real estate transactions each year. As the principle of the transaction, William has sold over $60,000,000 of single family properties in the LA area alone and most of it has been funded by his portfolio of private money investors.
Brian Fung
Brian Fung was born and raised in Honolulu, HI. He grew up doing repairs and managing his family’s rental portfolio. After graduation from Towson University, Brian moved to the South Bay. He started remotely rehabbing and managing a private investor’s rental portfolio of 100 single family homes in the Midwest. After stabilizing the private investor’s rental portfolio, Brian was looking for more ways to become a better real estate investor. He read an article that gave him a valuable piece advice – if you want become a great investor, become a lender so you can meet other investors, learn from their successes and failures, and how they structure their deals. Soon after this article, Brian was hired as an Account Executive with Civic Financial Services, a South Bay-based institutional lender with $2 Billion in originations within the last 4 years. Brian works with investors to provide financing for fix and flips, rental properties, and value-add multifamily properties.
