A Tale of Two Triplexes
Come join us at The Brink Lounge in Madison this Wednesday, where we will be taking a deep dive into two local-ish (Milwaukee and Beloit) triplexes my companies purchased earlier this year. They were both off-market, and they are both shaping up to be solid cash flow properties.
Our mission is to offer mutual support, collaboration, and learning opportunities for real estate investors. We provide a space to facilitate innovative, socially conscious, ethical, and mutually beneficial real estate transactions.

These are every other week - the next one will be June 5th. Usually @Chela O'Connoror @Hussain Harun are the ones posting this event. They both are out of town this week, so everyone is stuck with me.... :)
