Aloha! I know @Christian Cramer usually organizes the meetups but is out of town. For the Maui people or anyone who will be on island, does a lunch meetup at Wailuku Coffee Company sound like a good idea? Possibly next Monday April 29th 12pm? Let me know what works best. (Subject to change once we get input)
The meetup that I went to was more casual but since this will be a lunch, is there any topics or agenda items anyone would like to discuss? Deals you need help with? Hard Money lending? Any suggestions are appreciated to get the most from our time.

Aloha Zasha, Thank you for carrying the ball this month, I would be able to attend but 1 pm would be better for me. If this time works let me know, I will try and stop by either way.
