We will tour three real-life full gut-rehab projects from developers Matthew Mesick and Ricardo M Rodriguez of Park Place Property Group. Each house is in a different stage of construction.
They'll explain how they found the properties, how they funded them 100% with outside capital, and their designs for the rehabs. There will also be open Q&A where you can ask any questions you have about real estate investing.
