Ryan Smith

Ryan Smith is the co­founder of Elevation Capital Group. Elevation Capital Group, and its affiliates, (“Elevation”) are well regarded as a leader in the alternative real estate investment space and cycle-­resilient real estate
strategies. Elevation focuses exclusively on niche property types such as Manufactured Housing Communities and Self­Storage. With more than $500 Million dollars of combined acquisition value, Elevation is a leader in its respective industries, having launched seven investment vehicles comprising over 175 assets across more than 30 states.

Ryan graduated from the University of Tampa with a Bachelor’s of Science in Computer Science. An athlete, he was highly recruited for both baseball and basketball and was drafted as a senior in high school by the Baltimore Orioles, and again in college by the Anaheim Angels. Mr. Smith pursued his athletic talents by playing baseball throughout his college experience and ultimately made a decision to pursue business rather than a career is sports.

Ryan is currently on the board of Young Life College – UCF, is a member of the Advisory Board for the National Christian Foundation’s Orlando chapter and is active within his community. Ryan lives in Orlando with his wife and co­ founder of Elevation, Jamie, and their four children.

Anthony Horgan

Anthony Horgan is a partner and co­founder of Reliance Law Group LLP. He started his career with the international firm of Skadden Arps, where he primarily represented public companies including Wynn Resorts and Oakley in connection with securities offerings and their public disclosure obligations. Wanting to become more involved in the strategic aspects of his client's business, Anthony transitioned to private practice, where he now focuses on advising companies throughout their development cycle, from initial formation to fund raising, operations and eventual exit. He advises operators on syndicated fund formations for a wide variety of business models, including property acquisition, development, operations and sale, as well as debt funds. In the past year, Anthony has helped more than 25 of his clients raise capital, with total transaction value exceeding $180,000,000.

Hunter Thompson

Hunter is a full-time real estate investor and founder of Cash Flow Connections, a private equity firm based out of Los Angeles, CA. Since starting CFC, Hunter has helped more than 200 investors allocate capital to over 100 properties, which have a combined asset value of more than $350,000,000. In connection with these investments, he has worked with some of the most experienced and well- respected asset teams across the United States and Canada.

Hunter is also the host of the Cash Flow Connections Real Estate podcast, which helps investor learn the intricacies of commercial real estate from the comfort of their home, car, or office.
