About the Speaker:
Jeff Pollack is Managing Partner of Trident Equity Group, LLC where he fixes and flips residential real estate in the San Francisco Bay Area. Jeff has also run
the San Jose Real Estate Networking Club in San Jose, Ca since March of 2014. The group has over 2500 members.
Jeff began investing in real estate in October 2011 with purchasing and rehabbing properties in strategic locations out-of-state. Early on, most properties were being added to Jeff's buy and hold protfolio of rentals. After being laid off from his day job in October 2013 Jeff became a full time investor. He has purchased and renovated over 50 properties in Texas, Georgia, and California with over $25 million worth of transactions. Some of these properties have been sold to investors or owner occupants, others to investors as Turn-key products, and several have been added to Jeff’s personal portfolio.
Jeff holds a PhD in Microbiology from U.C. Davis. Prior to becoming a full time investor, he spent 12 years in the biotechnology industry in research & development and project management. He lives in Redwood City with his wife and 3 kids.
