H.I.T.(Houston Investment Team) Houston's Inner Loop B.P. Meet Up

H.I.T (Houston Investment Team) is a central (inner loop) meet up for Houston Texas. The name H.I.T. was born out of the foundational idea that Bigger Pockets promotes and that is being helpful to one another and being a "team" to each other as we embark on or further our real estate investment journey.

This meet up is for distinguished investor and the newbie as we all have things to gain and learn from each other.

Our meet up will be held at Frontier Title Company. They graciously allowed us to use their fantastic office and conference room with views of downtown and memorial park. Their won't be any sales pitches, guru bs, or items for sale. This is purely a meet up for like-minded people looking to share and grow with and through others.

Our March speaker is a distinguished real estate investor with a deep knowledge of investing, wholesaling, and construction.  He’s been featured on  the Bigger Pocket podcast 3 times - Show 33, 127, and 271.

 Sam started Senna House Buyers with a mission to build a business that impacts the lives of its clients and team members in a positive way. He fell in love with real estate after graduating from Texas A&M University with a degree in Engineering. After exploring his options of starting an investment company, he became disillusioned by the house buying companies in the market because they were not run by professionals and had no standards for customer service. 

So in 2012, Senna House Buyers was started by Sam and Robert Craven to deliver an exceptional experience for their clients. Sam has been featured in internationally syndicated podcasts, radio shows, infomercials and news articles for our unique people centered approach to building real estate investment business. Sam also travels a few times a month to cities across the US to educate people on how they can start their own real estate business. When not working, Sam enjoys travel and overlanding with his wife, working on his cars, and spending his weekends at the race track.
