Bio: Mr. Siddiqui founded TAAS investments in 2013. The firm has built number of Multifamily buildings (Apartments, 4Plexes and Duplexes) in the N Dallas area. He has also syndicated acquisitions of approximately 1,000 units of over $ 58 Million of Multfamily Class B and C assets in Dallas, Denton, Mesquite, San Antonio, Texas and Jacksonville, Florida.

Since leaving Wall Street in 2005, Mr. Siddiqui has been involved with construction, acquisitions and asset management of rental properties. From April 2001 to September 2005, he worked as Director and Founding Partner of AltVantage Group, an independent unit formed under the auspices of John A. Levin & Co, New York. From February 1998 to January 2001, he worked for Bank Julius Baer, New York where he held senior positions including Vice President - Fund Investment Group.

Mr. Siddiqui earned his MBA in Finance from Fordham University, New York and has Bachelors of Science degrees in Computer Science and Mathematics & Statistics.
