Out of State Investing from Cali: Turnkey, Flips, Construction

Come hang out at WeWork Long Beach for Free & learn the nuances of investing out of state from California! If you want to hang out, meet like-minded investors, and wrap your head around finding deals, running numbers, working with contractors, dealing with permits and inspections, come on up! Space is limited to 60. 

Three out-of-state investors, Antoine Martel, Igor Kajpust, and Jared Lichtin, all California residents, invest full-time out of state. 

Antoine Martel, owner of Martel Turnkey, sold over 60 turnkey rental properties last year, throughout the United States. He's looking at hitting 100 deals this year. His markets include Memphis, Cleveland, St. Louis, and Birmingham, Alabama. 

Igor Kajpust, owner of Evolved Property Group, has successfully completed flips and multifamily deals in Denver and Orlando. 

Jared Lichtin runs a construction company, flipping houses in his hometown of Cleveland, Ohio. Jared has been living in California for three years, and flips full time, traveling to Cleveland every few weeks from Orange County. 

The meetup is FREE, and will last from 6PM - 8PM. I'm sure it will run longer, and we're open to hanging somewhere for drinks afterward!
