THanks to everyone that was able to make it last month, we were up 100% in attendance so I hope to see that growth again for March.
This event is a fairly informal netowrking event meant to connect Real Estate Investors, Brokers, wholesalers and anyone else interested in the business. THe structure will be very simple: Bring some beers or food and discuss your investment goals, strategies and current deals you're working on or looking for and meet lots of like minded people!
We will pose a few guiding topics such as new Tenant/Landlord laws, hot markets, opportunity zones and more. THese are only guiding topics but not meant to control the meeting. Please feel free to bring any news articles or other information that may relate to MF investments, development, or anything else you may find interesting.
Look forward to seeing everyone there this month and every month after on the 2nd Thursday of the month!
