FORECLOSURE 101

Foreclosure 101 will be a general discussion of Oregon foreclosure fundamentals. It will cover the distinction between judicial and non-judicial foreclosures, time frames, rules for curing defaults, rights of redemption and the general principles, which every investor should know when dealing with distressed real estate. A must for newbies; a great refresher for experienced investors. There will be an opportunity for questions and answers.

This class will be taught by Dick Uffelman, a seasoned real estate attorney, recently retired.
