Come join Tyler Silver and Ilya Kosilov as they break down into simple steps how they use creative strategies to invest in real estate nationally from the comfort of their home. They have experience in wholesaling, rehabbing, buy and holds.

Tyler and Ilya will show you:

Meetings start at 7:00pm with about 10-15 minutes of meet and greet at the beginning. If you are running late, no worries! Our speaker usually finishes around 8:30pm but feel free to hang out, meet fellow investors, and enjoy the refreshments.
