Join us on the third Wednesday of every month for an informal meet up to discuss real estate with like-minded individuals in the Lake Norman area! This meeting is for wholesaler's, rehabber's, buy/hold, property management, commercial, residential, realtors, contractors, and lenders - newbies to advanced. Bring your business cards and come and network with us! We will be bringing in speakers in the new year. Please let us know if you have any specific topics or speakers you would like to hear from!
Although the meeting starts at 6:30, please feel free to come even if you are going to be late (we know how traffic and life can get in the way!). Going forward, we will probably aim to keep the meetings to an hour (maybe hour and a half) and if you want to stay after to network you are more than welcome!

Hey y'all! Loved seeing you guys at our last Lake Norman Meetup! Just a reminder this month's meeting is TONIGHT at 6:30 pm at a new location - Sabi Asian Bistro in Davidson (130 Harbour Pl Dr, Davidson, NC 28036). We have a great speaker coming in, Vinny Giglio, talking about his real estate journey - starting from basically nothing financially to owning his own mortgage brokerage closing over 100 multi-family loans per year! Hope to see y'all there!
