LANDLORD-TENANT LAW WITH EMPHASIS ON TENANT RIGHTS AND DUTIES PRE-FORECLOSURE AND AFTER THE SALE.

The lecture will cover such items as tenant rights to offset security deposits against rent, circumstances when courthouse purchaser must honor existing lease, cash for keys and the time frame and cost when an eviction becomes necessary.
