We created this meetup as a way to share value with others and learn from each other's experiences.

The first Saturday of each month we will be meeting at Pizzanista! (*we provide free coffee*)

Pizzanista! is closed to the public on Saturday mornings and is only open to members and guests of our Meetup.

9:00 am - 9:30 am: Arrivals and introductions

9:35 am: Monthly Kick-Off Remarks

9:45 am: Have's & Want's = We open the mic for any of our members to share a Note or opportunity they have to share. Or maybe you're looking for a mentor or JV. Now is your chance to share.

10:00 am-ish: Main Topic = Passive Investing. There is a lot out there and a lot to create.

10:45 am: Networking, sharing value with one another

11:00 am: While the Meetup may be officially concluded, you can hang out for as long as you like, Pizzanista! serves great brunch pizza's and their full menu is available 😊

Meetup Details

The Meetup was started to share value with others interested or seasoned with real estate investing.

We welcome you to come network and share your Haves & Wants and Problems & Solutions. We will have a very diverse crowd so show up ready to make deals and share value with others in real estate investing.

The meetup offers value for new and experienced investors alike.

No admission cost. We will be providing coffee at no cost.

Please be respectful, as this establishment is owned by one of our friends and they have graciously opened for our Meetups to be more private and helpful.
