Let’s do some simple math for a second. Let’s say that you make an even $100k in one year from real estate deals, and again…this includes wholesale deals, rehabs, rentals, and private lending…and let's assume that you're doing these deals in your name or your LLC name. Roughly speaking…you're going to pay about $35,000 (one-third of your income) in the various taxes that we pay as investors. That's right…your $100k just got chopped down to $65,000. How does that make you feel???
