About the Speakers
Dave Corsi is an active New Jersey investor and property manager for over thirty years, a MREIA Past President , current Vice-President, Vendor and Legislative Chair, and a MREIA member since the early 1980s. He lectured at the Learning Annex, the Learning Tree, was the host of the radio show, “Let’s Talk Real Estate” and the program , “The Lowdown” on WYGG (88.1 FM) Today, Dave is the President of Peace of Mind Management. Corp, a real estate consultant and is particularly skilled in creating transactions which benefit both buyer and seller.
Brian Mann has been an active MREIA member since 2005 and a full-time real estate investor since 1979. He was first inducted into “Who’s Who in Creative Real Estate” in 1983. Brian has been involved with countless residential real estate transactions, ranging from single-family to multi-family housing, lease/options, wholesaling, developing, subdividing, rehabbing, joint venturing, construction, consulting, property managing, note buying and real estate auctions.
