Aloha Kauai Real Estate folks! We'll be having the August meetup in the same location as the last. (Kauai Beer Company @ 6:15 PM on 21 August.) Last month we had a great time discussing different subjects and I look forward to doing it again!
This month we'll (partially) focus on financing deals. Let's try to make this opportunity to network and learn as successful as we can by inviting friends and colleagues. Anyone from beginner and expert investors to Realtors to Brokers to CPAs and everyone in between are invited. There will not be any pitches at this event, but if you have a deal to share, feel free!
