April Crossley, seasoned real estate investor, will be talking about “private money” – how to find it, structure it and keep if flowing!

April and her team have been utilizing private money for over 10 years. Her first deal was completed using a local private lender on a joint venture and they have been using private money ever since. She purchased over 30 rental units and has completed over 100 flips using nothing but private money. Ten years ago, she started with about $265,000 in private funds from one lender and now has access to over 40 lenders that have a total of about 8 million dollars in funds to move into real estate. Her biggest problem now is that she has more private money than she has deals!
