Hello all,
I'd like to invite everyone to our next Northern Virginia investor meetup! Our topic this time is going to be about financing an investment with John Landry from Fairway Mortgage.
Our meetup is meant to provide 1) an opportunity for visitors to come network with other like minded real estate investors and 2) an educational moment for visitors to learn about a topic that is relevant to being a real estate investor. Each meeting will be broken down into:
9:00 AM - 9:15 AM - Open networking
9:15 AM - 9:25 AM - Brief introductions
9:25 AM - 9:45 AM - Educational moment
9:45 AM - 10:00 AM - Market update

Hi Charles,
I am new to the group and wanted to introduce myself. I own a Kitchen and Bath Design and Remodeling (Class A) in Fairfax Virginia. I have 20 years experience in this and a 20 year Real Estate finance career but my husband and I are just getting started in Real Estate Investment. It has been on our list every year to get started and this is the year for us.
