Investor Meet Up in Mesa Arizona

Last month my buddy @Brian Hout gave some demonstrations on door approaches and how to find and talk with motivated sellers. He has several of his own meet ups in Arizona by the way and he gives great information. We also went over running numbers for lease option for a few properties.

At this meet up we will have a seasoned wholesaler who wholesales hundereds of properties a year explain what it’s like to be a successful wholesaler and how to run a successful wholesaling business. As always, we will also go over some of our current deals that we are doing and focus on the lease option model.

Thanks everybody for coming to the meetup last night. Josiah Grimes with Keyglee Investments did a great job explaining the whole sailing model of real estate. I’m also glad that @Adam Dahlberg Was there and could also share about his experience as a wholesaler.
