Please join us for our 2nd live networking event this year.  Like the format of the Q1 event, we will open the doors at 6:30pm to begin networking.  After some networking time, we will begin a presentation.  As always, this will be interactive, encouraging participation and knowledge sharing.  Topics will include:

  • Out of state vs. local investing
  • Short term state of the Multifamily Market Review
  • Long term state of the Multifamily Market Review
  • Strategy discussion given current market conditions
  • Sample deals from our past and present pipeline

This will not be a pitch fest.  This will be focused on strategy, real deals, and how the community of people at the event can provide value to one another.

Following the ~1hr presentation, the room will remain available for continued networking.

Please do not hesitate to message or comment with any questions.

JAE Property Group “JAE” is a real estate investment company focused on acquiring and managing value-add multifamily real estate in strategic markets throughout the Southeast and Midwest.

The presenter and founder of JAE will be Josh Eitingon.  He started his career as a project manager at a market research and software company in Manhattan. During this time and while still living with his parents, at 25, he purchase his first investment property. This 20-unit distressed property in Cincinnati was the starting point of his investment career. In the beginning of 2014, he left the software company to lead the acquisitions team for real estate investment company. While there, he led in the acquisition in over $100 million dollars worth of real estate. With a relentlessly critical mindset, he brings stringent underwriting standards and a unique eye in identifying unrealized value. As a local Chamber of Commerce “30 under 30” honoree, Josh takes pride in helping in the community and networking with like-minded professionals. He is a graduate of the University at Albany. He enjoys the beach, board games with friends, and his dog “Blue.”
