Sean entered the Real Estate forum as an Investor in 2003 and now leads one of the premier residential property management firms in the Fox Valley area. Managing over 180+ residential properties and hosting a team of Realtors assist homeowners throughout the western suburbs with the purchase or sale of their home, Sean's expertise and dynamic background can assist you in this real estate market! Sean lives in Aurora with his wife, daughter, two cats, and one dog. Sean hosts accreditations with the Institute of Real Estate Management as an Accredited Residential Manager and is Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource certified with the National Association of Realtors.

Whether you own 200 units or have no real estate experience, anyone who has an interest in real estate investing is invited to attend our General Meeting. Each month a different speaker will share information on topics relating to the many aspects of investing in real estate and being a landlord. Our General Meetings provide a great opportunity to network with experienced real estate investors from all over the Chicago land area. We also have an extensive real estate library for our members to use. The General Meeting is held on the 2nd Monday of each month.

Cost: Admission is $15.00 for non-members. Free for members. No children under 15-years old allowed at this event. Cash, Check or Credit Cards accepted. You can always become a member of CAREIA for just $99.00 a yr.
