Join us this Thursday, June 14th at 7 pm for the Wholesale Meetup. This month we will be discussing The Most Common Mistakes Investors Make Determining the ARV (after repaired value) of a Property. Wholesalers must know have a great understanding of the ARV and repair costs to be successful! Are you relying on a realtor to provide you with comps so you know the ARV? If so, you could be in for a shocking result! After this event you will be educated in what to look for and be able to verify if the right comps were used in determining the ARV for a property. This is a growing problem so you won't want to miss out on this opportunity!
