We are having our monthly meet up for the Galveston Bay Area Real Estate Investment Group. We meet the first Tuesday of every month at varying locations. This month we will be meeting at Chelsea Wine Bar on Nasa Parkway. We will do introductions and then Debbie Hardee will be speaking briefly to the group about how to use conventional financing for investment properties. Then we just all chat about our current or future real estate deals and have a few drinks. Look forward to seeing everyone out there.
