This Month's Presenters

HOST	Eric Lundberg	Eric is the founder and owner of the Milwaukee REIA. He brings over 22 years of real estate investing experience to the conversation. This month, Eric will be our panel moderator.
Panelist	Rebecca Holmes	Rebecca and her partner, Nick, lead Captain Save-a-Home LLC and have successfully completed hundreds of real estate transactions since 2014. A long-time REIA member, she also helps run the Brew City REI group, leads the local FortuneBuilders Mastery group, volunteers as a financial literacy coach to teenagers, and assists with the meal program at St. Ben’s.
Panelist	Brian Meidam	Brian is a longtime successful investor, using creative strategies for wealth-building to create generational wealth he can pass down to his children and future generations.
Panelist	Laurel DeGrand	Laurel has been a real estate investor for about 5 years, specializing in rent-to-owns and has been super successful. She was voted the Investor of the Year for 2017 by her REIA peers and is a consistent inspiration to the women of the WINGS group and many others in and around the REIA.
Panelist	Dona Myers	Dona is the owner of Summit LDS, and has now branched off into the development arena, and has loads of examples of creative strategies for investors in all types of transactions.
Vendor of the Month	Re/Max	Graig Goldman is a commercial real estate broker specializing in investors, landlords, and portfolio acquisition and disposition.
