Come to our event to learn about Househacking!
Househacking is a creative investing approach where investors use their primary residence to generate income.
From purchasing a multifamily and owner occupying a unit, to finding creative ways to add units to an existing property, our monthly househackers events will help investors with their househacking adventures.
At each event, we will have an open discussion on househacking tactics and a longer discussion on one specific topic. First meeting topic: owner occupying a multifamily (and how to find properties in a tight market).
This event is for people looking to buy their first property to househack within the next 6-8 months.
One rule: We reserve the right to ask real estate agents, lenders, and insurance agents who aren’t looking to house-hack to leave the group. You should actively be looking to find creative ways to invest and house-hack - not just looking to market yourselves.
