Nate Hobba - Founder, South Bay Developers, LLC

Nate Hobba is the founder and Managing Principal at South Bay Developers, LLC, where he is responsible for acquisition, due­ diligence, financial evaluation and management oversight for all development projects. Nate has been a real estate developer and investor for twelve years. He has syndicated real estate development opportunities to investors for 5 years, with a track record of high returns and no losses. He owns and manages rental properties in Los Angeles and has rental properties out of state. He is an accredited investor with interests in over 20 real estate ventures including retail centers, apartment buildings, hotels, single family rental homes, storage units and mobile home parks. Earlier in his carrier he worked as a software consultant to Fortune 500 companies with Arthur Anderson, PricewaterhouseCoopers and IBM. Nate graduated from USC Marshal School of Business with honors and summa cum laude. Nate and his wife and son reside in Redondo Beach, CA.
