Come join the next Omaha Real Estate Meetup at 3501 Center Street, Omaha, March 21st at 6pm.

This group will focus on bringing together local house hackers, flippers, buy and hold investors, lenders, wholesalers, apartment investors, and individuals new to the industry so we can share knowledge and help each other grow.

This will be a FANTASTIC meetup and I am really excited for this months speaker!

DVG Realty helps clients create wealth through income-producing residential real estate. From acquisition to renovation and management, they assist with all aspects of the investment. DVG Realty was started by Jeri Schlickbernd 7 years ago as a Short Sale Negotiation company. Since that time, they have expanded their services into property management (Orange Property Management) where they currently manage 340 units.

DVG's partner company, Schlick Construction, was started in 2004 by Mike Schlickbernd. Schlick Construction specializes in residential remodeling. Together, Mike and Jeri have personally flipped nearly 150 units in the past 6 years.

The group will be meeting at Vis Major Brewing in the party room on the west side of the building, which features a full menu and bar.
