We are looking to create more value to share with the group. In addition to our mainstay of "Haves, and Wants, Problems, and Solutions" we will be offering up curated details on key topics we have been asked of the community.

Meetup Overview

We welcome you to come network and share your Haves & Wants and Problems & Solutions. We will have a very diverse crowd so show up ready to make deals and share value with others in real estate investing.

The meetup will be worth coming for new and experienced investors alike.

**Where:**

The Library A Coffee House 3418 E Broadway, Long Beach, CA 90803

**When:**

Every first Saturday of every month (except major holidays)

**Why:**

To Network, Meet new faces, Brainstorm, Make Deals Happen, Learn, share value and have a good time!

**Cost:**

No admission cost, but please support the Library. They do not charge us to be there, so buying a beverage or baked good as the unofficial price of admission is greatly appreciated.

**9:00 am**

Start time, meet @ The Library A Coffe House and drink some quality coffee, consume baked goods, the full menu if you like and network!

**Haves and Wants**

Let people know what deals you have or what deals you are looking into. After each monthly meetup, we will email you a recap of everyone's Haves & Wants and contacts so that you can connect easily and more convenience, just in case you didn't bring enough business cards or were unable to talk to that one person you really wanted to talk to :)

**Problems and Solutions **

Do you have experience that may help others? Do you know the best new app to use for investments? Share those recommendations. This is where you can discuss with us and others something that you're looking for a creative solution with or a recommendation. The group will chime in and point you in the right direction to find a solution. (We are not licensed CPA or lawyers)

Coffee, tea & light fare served in an exposed-brick spot with bookshelves & plush chairs. Really nice open space with good coffee plenty of snacks, pastries, and free wifi.
