You won't want to miss this special event! The second OBX REI meeting will held at the beautiful TowneBank in Southern Shores on Thursday April 5th at 6pm!. TowneBank President Taylor Sugg has graciously invited the OBX REI members to hold our second meeting in their exquisite board room. Please RSVP for this event! This event will start off with networking and will later feature a 30 minute presentation on the benefits and new requirements of the 203k Renovation Loan. "Presented by Ellen Ailsworth and Kay Jones of TowneBank Raleigh. For those of you who haven't already researched this subject, TowneBank is the only bank on the OBX to offer this type of loan and Ellen and Kaye are the specialists in this field.

We will learn about the type of renovation projects that add the most value to a home and just as important, how to fund them! Every investor and aspiring investor should attend this meeting. Unless you are buying turn key houses, you will likely need to renovate an investment property in the future. The 203k renovation loan is a nice tool to have in your bag.
