The Michigan Real Estate Investors group meets on the 3rd Thurs of each month. Great networking and investor education. You can attend the first meeting for free - we have 800 members from all over michigan - Detroit, Pontiac, Lansing, Grand Rapids, Flint, Saginaw, etc. In Feb we have a wholesale panel talking about how to be a wholesaler and how to get on their lists. come before 6pm to do some networking
