There is plenty of real estate, enough for everyone! We want you to succeed, and be successful in your real estate investing. Networking meetings are the way to find great deals, get connected with the right people, and become responsible housing providers.
We gather to share knowledge, along with positive experiences and horror stories, to pass around some deals, enjoy great food and drinks (on your own, with generous tips to our dedicated servers, please) pass around some deals, and have a few laughs.

@Nicholas Godfrey we start the evening with some free time for you to meet and network with others. Then we go around the room and introduce ourselves and let everybody know what you are looking for (deals, contractors, etc) or what you are offering. Then afterwords you are free to go and talk to anybody you might need to talk to.
