Hey guys my name is Hoan Thai and I am a real estate investor within Philly. I went to Central High School then Temple University. After graduation I worked as an engineer, but I hated being in corporate america. Before I left I was able to do my first deal, a 6-unit apartment building. Since then I've been building my passive income real estate portfolio and a large community of local real estate investors.
