My husband will see you there. He is a lender and works for Movement Mortgage. He goes to a bunch of meetups.
As a matter of fact, he's sponsoring a coat drive at a meetup at National Harbor on 12/6. If you or any of the other attendees want to bring coats for the homeless in DC, he'll be glad to collect them and post your generosity on his Movement Facebook page. Not to hijack your thread, but I've attached a flyer for the coat drive. Hope you don't mind.
