We have all heard, "It isn't about how much money you make, it is about how much you keep." Richard W. Brewster is a Certified Public Accountant and Oregon Licensed Municipal Auditor with an office located in Medford, Oregon. Many people look to real estate for its tax advantages, but what are those advantages really? Mr. Brewster will be helping us identify the tax strategies that will help us realize the greatest potential in our real estate investing.
We will be in the back room of the Main street Jackson Creek Pizza location. The room is available at 5:30 and the presentation will start at 6:30. Show up early to get your food ordered as well at do some extra networking.
