Our next investor networking meeting will be next Tuesday, September 12th. We will likely meet at our usual location at the Library in Newport, but will be in a different meeting room.

We welcome special guest, Rob Trump, from Heritage Bank. Rob and Heritage have some unique lending products for real estate investors when it comes to Renovation loans and buy/hold financing. Rob will be able to answer any questions you have around financing your deals.
We have a couple other investors who have offered to share their experience with creative financing in order to make purchases work.
