Kristi Cirtwill is President of Cirtwill Investments, a real estate investment company. In 2006, Kristi moved from Toronto, Canada to Long Beach to start this full time rehab/re-sell business. Kristi’s background is working in corporate, non-profit and government, but finds the most enjoyment from running her own business. She has purchased about 140 houses since 2008, mostly in Los Angeles and Orange counties (and sometimes further!) She currently lives in Cerritos and enjoys the outdoors, playing the guitar and hosting dinner parties.

Todd Bayer and Stephen E. McKee - Full time investors, Community Restoration Group

Todd and Stephen have been full time investors since the early 2000's. Combined they've been involved in tens of millions of dollars in real estate transactions. Their collective experience spans a broad spectrum of real estate knowledge allowing them to assemble many types of creative transactions. Their current iteration is a company called Community Restoration Group.

Community Restoration Group is a Private Equity Real Estate Firm focused on Value Added and Opportunistic real estate ventures. CRG currently focuses on single family homes but is expanding to apartments and small commercial. The firm brings together LP's, Trusts, and different forms of retirement capital to buy, sell and hold real estate.
